How to Apply

Step 1: Prep Skin
Start with clean, dry skin free of lotion, oils, or moisturizer.
Step 2: Apply & Lift
Peel back a small section of the backing and apply the tape. Continue removing the backing as you press the tape into place.
Step 3: Secure
Once applied, press and hold for 5 seconds for optimal adhesion.
Step 4: Layer as Needed
Apply a long strip first, then layer shorter strips for your desired shape and support.
