When Can You Change Your Address?
You can update your shipping address within 1 hour of placing your order.
After 1 hour, address changes are not possible as we begin processing your order for fulfillment.
How to Change Your Address
If your order was placed within the last hour, follow these steps:
Open your order confirmation email.
Click the link to the order status page.
On the order summary page, look for the option to edit your shipping address.
If you do not see an option to update your address, your order may already be in processing, and the address cannot be changed.
What If the Address Change Window Has Passed?
If more than 1 hour has passed, we are unable to update your shipping address. In this case:
