Order Changes Policy
We strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be changed.
If your order has not been fulfilled:
The best way to modify your order is to cancel it and place a new one.
If you are unable to cancel the order, it will be shipped as originally placed.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 1 hour after it’s placed. To do so, follow these steps:
Check your order confirmation email.
In the email, click the link to the order status page.
On the order summary page that appears, click "Cancel Order."
Once you’ve completed the cancellation process, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please note:
Refunds may take 3-4 days to process on our end, plus the time needed by your financial institution to return the funds to your account.
We’ll send you a final email once the refund has been processed and sent to your financial institution.
Limitations:
Orders cannot be canceled after they’ve shipped.
Cancellations must be requested within the cancellation window.
Once a cancellation request is processed, it cannot be reversed.
We do not support partial order cancellations. If you need to remove some items, please cancel the entire order and place a new one with the correct items.
